3D Printing Industry

New applications of 3D printing are being developed rapidly. Recently, 3D printed houses have been developed in the Netherlands. The 3D printing industry requires precision cleaning for all printed items considering that the primary applications of 3D printing are parts requiring intricate designs that are too expensive to manufacture by conventional techniques. Typically, the support material used during 3D printing must be manually broken off, cut off (nearly impossible for complex parts) or melted in circulated washers. Removal of the support is a significant bottleneck in the 3D printing process. Ultrasonic cleaning is an effective replacement for all these techniques ensuring significant time and labor saving.
