Job Description 

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive who will play a key role in streamlining  customer interactions and backend sales operations. This individual will support the sales and  proposals teams by managing communication, documentation, CRM systems, and tender  processes — ensuring our commercial engine runs efficiently and professionally. 

  • Customer Communication & Enquiry Handling 
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer emails, phone calls, and website enquiries.
  • Route leads and technical queries to the relevant internal teams. 
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with prospective clients.
  • Sales Documentation & Coordination 
  • Prepare and organize standard commercial documents like quotations, proposals, and  vendor registration forms.

Marketing Executive – Industrial B2B (Digital & Content)

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an engineering or capital goods  company. 
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro  is a plus. 
  • Interest in industrial products and ability to grasp technical content quickly.

  1. Content Development
  • Create SEO-optimized content for the company website, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Write technical blogs, articles, newsletters, and industry case studies. 
  • Prepare content for marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, and PPTs.

 

  1. Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Plan and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and publish regular social media content, graphics, and updates.
  • Run basic paid ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn (with agency support if needed). 

 

  1. Design & Visual Communication
  • Design creatives using Canva or similar tools for digital posts, presentations, emailers,  brochures, etc. 
  • Coordinate and execute machine photography and video shoots at the factory or client  sites. 
  • Edit and organize photos, create visual assets, and maintain a digital media library.

 

  1. SEO & Website Management
  • Work with internal/external teams to manage SEO improvements (meta tags, content  structure, etc.). 
  • Update website content, banners, and blog sections regularly via CMS (WordPress or  similar). 

 

  1. Marketing Collateral & Event Support
  • Create and maintain catalogs, product datasheets, and application brochures.

Proposal Engineer

 

Requirements 

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, technical sales, or application engineering for capital equipment (preferably in customized systems).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial automation, or ultrasonic/parts cleaning processes (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and costing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.

Sales Engineer (Capital Equipment)

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to lead the sales of capital equipment. This is a field based B2B role requiring excellent technical understanding, interpersonal skills, and  consultative selling abilities. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers,  understanding technical needs, coordinating with the proposals team, and closing orders while  competing with Indian and global competitors.

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.  
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales of capital goods, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing plants, OEMs, or EPCs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently for client visits and demos.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably one regional language.

  • Liaise with the Proposals Engineer to develop custom technical-commercial offers.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and site surveys when required.
  • Follow up on proposals, address customer queries, and handle negotiation and  closure. 
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer feedback. 
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM. 
  • Coordinate with marketing and support teams to generate leads and collaterals

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Exposure to ultrasonic cleaning, parts washing systems, or industrial surface treatment  equipment. 
  • CRM usage (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of basic proposal reading (drawings/specifications).
