Ralsonics’ plasma cleaners are indigenously developed proprietary equipment utilized for removal of scale from any rods and sheets. Typically during manufacturing of steel rebars, scale is formed during the annealing process. This scale is typically removed by pickling. However, this leads to a requirement for expensive acid reprocessing plants for treating the thousands of liters of acid on a daily basis. Ralsonics’ plasma cleaners completely eliminate the requirement of acid in the removal of scale. Simply using baking soda and water, coupled with plasma, the scale can be completely eliminated. Furthermore, this can be done as an inline process as the cleaning time is a few seconds.
